We’re excited to find the right Project Coordinator to join us! We are looking for an individual who loves to solve problems and bring people together. To be a successful Project Coordinator in our company, this person needs to be proactive, resourceful, enthusiastic, optimistic, and passionate about the importance of having a clear, workable schedule and plans for each project. As our Project Coordinator, you would be our all-around support expert, working with teams across the organization globally.
This role best suits someone who demonstrates strong general technical skills in Microsoft Office applications or similar, is able to read data and identify trends to formulate conclusions and recommendations, and has exceptional people skills.
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
Create meeting minutes summary
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
Ensuring project deadlines are met
Determining project changes
Providing administrative support as needed
Undertaking project tasks as required
Developing project strategies and solution suggestions
Ensuring stakeholder views are managed toward the best solution available
Assess project risks and issues and suggest solutions where applicable
Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members
Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective
Compile a monthly project reports to Operations Manager
Fluent in Mandarin and English
Exceptional verbal, written, and follow-up skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of the team
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Competency in cloud based applications such as Google Drive, Sheet, Doc, etc.
Knowledgeable of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
Ability to work on tight deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study
